About the event
Join us for an inspiring evening with Indigenous chef, author, and food sovereignty advocate Nephi Craig as he discusses his powerful new memoir, Our Knives Will Save Us.
Blending deeply personal storytelling with cultural history, Our Knives Will Save Us traces Craig's journey from addiction and incarceration to becoming an internationally recognized chef and leader in Indigenous food sovereignty. Through food, he reconnects with his White Mountain Apache and Navajo roots, revealing how traditional foods and Indigenous knowledge can help heal intergenerational trauma while reclaiming culture, identity, and community.
Following the presentation, guests will have an opportunity to ask questions and meet the author during a book signing.
